The owner has spent a career in service and repair, working with complex systems and helping people solve problems. That same curiosity led to a love of watches—the engineering, the design, and the stories people carry with them. SMD WatchWorks grew from that passion.

Based in Arizona, we offer pre-owned and refurbished watches, parts and accessories, and watch service and repair. We appreciate the variety, from a watch worn every day to one that has been in a family for years.

When you shop with us, you’ll see photos of the actual pre-owned watch and a clear description of its condition, testing, and any service performed. When you bring us a watch for repair, we’ll listen to the problem, evaluate the watch, and explain the work before moving ahead. We want every customer to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about what they’re getting.
