Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all included components, packaging, and accessories where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SMD WatchWorks will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are not returnable.

Certain special-order, customized, or personalized items may also be non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before placing your order.

Sale Items

Sale-priced items are eligible for return under the same 30-day return policy unless a product is specifically identified as final sale.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
