SMD WatchWorks currently ships within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $70 are charged a flat $8 shipping fee.
Orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping.
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 0–2 business days.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, standard delivery is generally expected within 2–8 business days.
Total delivery time is typically 2–10 business days from the date of order, depending on processing time, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and fulfillment location.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Supplier-Fulfilled Products
Some products offered by SMD WatchWorks are fulfilled directly by approved suppliers or distribution partners.
These items may ship separately from other products in the same order and may have different processing or transit times.
If an order contains products fulfilled from multiple locations, you may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipping label is created.
