SMD WatchWorks currently ships within the United States.

Orders under $70 are charged a flat $8 shipping fee.

Orders of $70 or more receive free standard shipping.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are generally processed within 0–2 business days.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Standard delivery is generally expected within approximately 2–10 business days after an order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or supplier fulfillment.

Some products offered by SMD WatchWorks are fulfilled directly by approved suppliers or distribution partners.

These items may ship separately from other products in the same order and may have different handling or transit times.

If an order contains products fulfilled from multiple locations, you may receive more than one shipment.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a label is created.
